Welcome to cw999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cw999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cw999 website, mobile interface, and all associated gambling and betting services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on cw999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the cw999 platform.

To register and maintain an active account on cw999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — cw999 does not permit any exceptions to the age requirement regardless of jurisdiction or parental consent.
• You must be registering as an individual, in your own name, and on your own behalf. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of cw999 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-initiated on cw999 or imposed by an external responsible gaming authority.
• Your participation must be personal and recreational. Using cw999 for any commercial or professional gambling purpose is not permitted without prior written consent from cw999 management.

cw999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified by cw999's KYC team may be suspended.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) cw999 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via different devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cw999 username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. cw999 will treat any action taken while logged into your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify cw999 support immediately at [email protected].

Account usernames, once set, cannot be changed. Your registered Pakistani mobile number and email address can be updated through the account settings panel, subject to re-verification. cw999 uses your registered mobile number to deliver important security alerts, so keeping it current is your responsibility.

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts per the schedule published on the cw999 platform.
• cw999 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that continued operation of the account is contrary to the integrity of the platform or applicable regulations.
• Any positive PKR balance remaining in a legitimately closed account will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the last deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

cw999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount on cw999 is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier — these are displayed within the cw999 cashier interface.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be flagged for investigation. Funds received from unverified third-party sources may be frozen pending KYC resolution.

Withdrawal requests are processed by cw999's payments team during normal operational hours. Standard processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of request submission.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: Same business day if submitted before 3:00 PM PKT; next business day otherwise.
• SadaPay: Typically within 2–6 hours.
• USDT TRC20: Usually processed within 10–30 minutes; subject to blockchain confirmation times.

cw999 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile wallet provider. USDT TRC20 transactions are subject to blockchain network fees which are outside cw999's control.

cw999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms and Conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these overall Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all cw999 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Players who have not completed the required KYC verification level may be temporarily ineligible for certain bonus tiers.
• Each promotional offer specifies a minimum qualifying deposit (in PKR) and a wagering requirement multiplier. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your cw999 wallet. Real money is always staked first. Bonus funds are applied after real money balance is depleted in a given session.
• cw999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in. Once a player has opted in and the bonus has been credited, the terms of that specific bonus are fixed and will not be retroactively changed.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting") is prohibited and may result in winnings being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the cw999 platform.

All bets placed on cw999 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, cricket markets, or crash games — are subject to the specific game rules and betting limits displayed within the relevant game or market interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If a technical error occurs during bet placement, the affected bet will be reviewed by cw999's trading team and resolved in accordance with the platform's published error policy.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. cw999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a bet, the cw999 system records are the authoritative reference. Third-party records (screenshots, screen recordings) are considered supplementary evidence only.
• For cricket betting markets: if a match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result (as defined by the relevant cricket governing body), bets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that have already been settled on a completed innings or result will stand.
• Odds are subject to change at any time up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent market movements do not affect confirmed bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cw999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances pending investigation, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on cw999.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events — including PSL cricket — where you have prior knowledge of, or influence over, the outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or employing systematic low-risk strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software robots, or any automated tools to place bets, interact with games, or monitor odds on cw999 without explicit written approval from cw999 management.
• Money laundering: Using cw999 as a vehicle to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. cw999 is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or mobile wallet provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.) in bad faith. All chargeback disputes are actively contested by cw999.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as another player, cw999 staff member, or cw999 representative in any context.

cw999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on cw999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data — including your name, CNIC details, Pakistani mobile number, and payment information — is used exclusively for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes. cw999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• cw999 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data transmitted between your device and cw999's servers.
• Player fund account data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised cw999 personnel only.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data cw999 holds about you. Submit such requests to [email protected].

All content on the cw999 platform — including but not limited to the cw999 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, video, and software — is the intellectual property of cw999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use cw999 solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any cw999 content without prior written authorisation.

• Scraping, data-mining, or extracting odds, game data, or any other content from cw999 by automated means is prohibited without express written consent.
• Use of the cw999 name or logo in any context that implies an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with cw999 — without written permission — constitutes trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cw999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cw999 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

cw999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

• cw999 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical outages may occur. cw999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime through its platform notifications.
• cw999 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or other technical issues outside of cw999's direct control that affect your ability to place or manage bets.
• In the event of a system error that results in a bet being settled incorrectly, cw999 reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at the correct price. Winnings paid in error will be recouped from the player's account balance.

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time. You may close your cw999 account by submitting a written request to [email protected]. cw999 will process the closure within 5 business days, return any eligible PKR balance to your nominated payment method, and confirm closure in writing.

cw999 may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request (account will be restricted immediately, not gradually).
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a licencing authority that necessitate account closure.

On termination for cause, cw999 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, eligible balances will be returned within 10 business days of that conclusion.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cw999 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and cw999 regarding a bet, game outcome, bonus, or account matter, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact cw999 support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. cw999's customer service team will respond within 72 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 14 days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If cw999's internal resolution does not satisfy you, the dispute may be escalated to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity designated under cw999's gaming licence. Details of the ADR entity are available on request from cw999 support.
• Step 3 — Licencing Authority: If the ADR process does not resolve the matter, you may refer the complaint directly to cw999's licencing authority. cw999 is bound by the final determinations of its licencing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction of residence.

cw999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cw999 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the cw999 platform interface at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the cw999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using cw999 and request account closure before the effective date.

Minor changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
